MOO is all about making great design available to everyone. We do that by producing premium print and branded merchandise. But it’s as much about how we do it, leading with design, technology and sustainability.

Founded in 2004, we’ve come this far by being obsessed with the happiness of our customers.  Along the way, we’ve built an award-winning and much-loved brand, with exceptional customer satisfaction and Trustpilot ratings. Those customers are typically small and medium-sized businesses based in North America, the UK, and Europe – businesses that, like us, value design and see the brand-building power of putting something real in people’s hands.

We’ve received the highest business award in Britain, ‘The Queen’s Award for Enterprise’. Part of Tech Nation’s ‘Future Fifty’, we’ve been profiled in the Financial Times, and ranked in the Guardian’s top 10 UK start-ups.

Today we are over 350 people, headquartered in the UK but with many of our people based in the USA and South Africa.

At MOO, we don’t just print business cards; we help people make their mark on the world. We believe great design is for everyone, and our goal is to help customers achieve that.

Because our customers upload a wide variety of file types, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Technical Production Artworker to join our fast-growing Customer Service team. This is an entry-level 6 month contract role in our Cape Town hub for a production-minded artist who enjoys the "detective work" of fixing files. You will be the final line of defense, ensuring that low-resolution or incorrectly formatted files are corrected to meet our premium print standards before they hit the press.

Hours are Monday to Friday 3pm - 12:30am SAST
What’s it like to work at MOO?
MOO’s the kind of workplace where you can really be yourself. Dye your hair purple. Hit the sofa with your laptop. Whatever helps you feel comfortable and happy at work. We want to help you grow in your career and set you up for success – while also recognising the importance of a healthy work/life balance.

That’s why we offer 19 days holiday rising by one day for each year here (for 5 years), a matched pension scheme, and paid parental leave. We’ll offer you private healthcare and life insurance. We also offer flexible work schedules with hybrid and remote working for certain roles.

Diversity Statement
We are working hard to create a representative, inclusive and super-friendly team, because we know that different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds make for a better workplace. And that creates a better experience for our customers.
