Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and providing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in analyzing and designing business processes. - Knowledge of organizational design and development. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Management. - Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Familiarity with project management principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Financial Accounting Core. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - An MBA degree is required.
