You will play a pivotal role in aligning sales and marketing to maximize our go-to-market impact. Your ability to create effective sales plays, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and intent-based marketing sequences will not only drive immediate revenue but also establish scalable processes that will influence our long-term success. You will work closely with teams across Stytch to continually refine and optimize demand generation efforts based on performance insights and evolving market dynamics.
6+ years of experience in demand generation or related fields, preferably focused on marketing to product or platform engineering teams
Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, including ABM, events, content series, and intent-based marketing.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales and product marketing teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights.
Experience in scaling a marketing function and/or building a team is a plus.
Craft — You create innovative and effective demand generation strategies that are well-aligned with Stytch's business goals and sales needs.
Ownership — You take full responsibility for lower-funnel marketing efforts, driving pipeline growth and ensuring high-quality lead generation.
Leadership — You lead cross-functional initiatives that align sales and marketing efforts, establish scalable processes, and continuously improve our demand gen programs.
Expected base salary $160,000 - $210,000. The anticipated base salary range is not inclusive of full benefits including equity, health care insurance, time off, paid parental leave, etc. This base salary is accurate based on information at the time of posting. Actual compensation for hired candidates will be determined using a number of factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
