About the department

The Trade Services Fails Management Department supports global stakeholders by ensuring timely and accurate trade settlements. The team collaborates across regions to minimize risk and enhance operational efficiency. Joining this department offers exposure to international financial operations and the opportunity to develop analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

How you will add value


• You will support trade completion, confirmation, and settlement processes.
• You will liaise with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to reduce risk.
• You will resolve settlement issues within global deadlines.
• You will join daily meetings with Global Trade Services (GTS) teams worldwide.
• You will streamline processes and reduce risk in trade operations.
• You will escalate issues promptly and report root causes.
• You will manage workload effectively and perform assigned tasks.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications


• You are currently enrolled as a student.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
• You are comfortable working in a Windows environment.

Technical Skills


• You use Excel functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills


• You are organized and meet deadlines.
• You work independently and stay focused.
• You communicate clearly with diverse teams.
• You are available 25–30 hours per week.
