This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead the deployment of the quality and continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit within the Robotics Business Division in Mexico. You will foster a culture of excellence, prevention, and learning, while ensuring customer expectations are met and operations remain sustainable. You will guide cross-functional teams to improve processes, drive performance, and meet certification and compliance requirements.

The work model for the role is: On site
 

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Robotics Business Division in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Quality and Continuous Improvement departments, managing area leaders and driving a culture of excellence.
• Promote and ensure compliance with quality standards, metrics, and certification requirements across the organization.
• Design and implement training and change management strategies to support new processes and operational excellence.
• Analyze data to identify trends, address quality issues, and develop improvement plans.
• Manage cross-functional projects, fostering innovation and sharing best practices throughout the network.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of leadership experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Proven expertise in quality systems, ISO 9001 compliance, and methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
• Skilled in managing automation/improvement projects and tracking KPIs (OPQ, OTD, NCR).
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and SharePoint.
• Excelent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Six Sigma certification desirable
• Fluent English
• Bahcelors Degree completed
