Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment of applications. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Your role will require effective communication and coordination with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required and ready to work in shifts.

Role Summary
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for enabling automation, observability, CI/CD delivery, and operational efficiency across Splunk-based environments. The role involves provisioning, monitoring, deployment, and optimization of Splunk and AppD clusters and applications.
Infrastructure Automation & Splunk Environment Provisioning
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform/Harness for Splunk clusters.
Manage lifecycle environments across DEV/QA/UAT/PROD.
CI/CD Pipeline Development & Support
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Support code merges, release readiness, and deployment coordination.
Monitoring, Logging & Splunk Observability
Configure ingestion pipelines, index creation, and DB Connect integrations.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Partner with Dev, QA, SRE, Cloud, and Release teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and KT sessions.
Provide training on pipelines and automation frameworks.
Security, Compliance & Access Governance
Manage RBAC roles in Splunk.
Support SSO, MFA, and LDAP/AD authentication
