Job Title: Junior Developer - Silverlake Loans & Credit

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our Core Banking - Loans team. The role involves development, maintenance, and support of Silverlake Loans & Credit systems on AS400, with a focus on RPG programming. The candidate will also work with DevOps & ALDON for software deployment and contribute to loan-related systems, ensuring smooth operation across Retail & Wholesale banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Silverlake Loans & Credit systems using RPG on AS400.

• Work on DevOps & ALDON automation for software deployment.

• Support and troubleshoot lending systems that manage loan products across the bank.

• Assist in managing Limits systems, ensuring proper tracking of counterparty credit limits.

• Maintain Collaterals systems for lodgment, revaluation, and release of secured loan documents.

• Support Provisioning systems, ensuring compliance with IFRS9 & Non-performing Loans (NPL) financial provisioning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system improvements and issue resolution.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Programming Language: RPG

• Platform: Silverlake Loans & Credit

• Server/Database: AS400, DB2

• Tools: DevOps, ALDON

• Operating System: AS400

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in RPG development on AS400.

• Experience in DevOps & ALDON for AS400 software deployment.

• Strong understanding of loans, credit limits, collaterals, and provisioning systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and support loan-related systems in a banking environment.

• Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of financial regulations, particularly IFRS9 & NPL provisioning.

• Exposure to Silverlake Core Banking solutions.

• Experience working in Retail & Wholesale banking environments.
