Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards. Your role includes continuous testing efforts that cover various aspects of the application lifecycle, alongside supporting configuration tasks and contributing to process enhancements. You actively participate in reviewing work outputs and tracking issues to foster ongoing improvements, ensuring the overall quality and reliability of the software environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management, Functional Test Planning.
- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- In-depth understanding of continuous testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure test data and environments to simulate real-world scenarios effectively.
- Experience in participating in code reviews and defect management to support quality improvements.
- Familiarity with integration of testing tools within the software development lifecycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Energy Data Management Device Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
