We are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong aptitude and passion for technology to join our 12-week immersive Technology Bootcamp. This program is designed to prepare predictive hires for Level 1 technical roles within our organization. Through structured technical training and soft skills development, the program ensures that participants are operationally ready and equipped for deployment into real-world roles immediately after completion.

As a bootcamp trainee, you will:

  • Participate in intensive hands-on training covering core technical competencies.

  • Develop workplace readiness through focused soft skills sessions.

  • Work closely with trainers, mentors, and peers in a collaborative learning environment.

  • Demonstrate consistent growth and engagement throughout the program.

  • Transition into full-time deployment-ready Level 1 tech support or operations roles upon successful completion.

Program Duration: 
12 Weeks 

  • Week 1–5: Core Technical Skills (e.g., IT support, systems troubleshooting, basic networking).

  • Week 6-12: Soft Skills (e.g., communication, critical thinking, workplace professionalism)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-related course (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems).

  • Strong aptitude for technology and problem-solving.

  • Passion to grow within a technical role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.

  • Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to take calls and chat support.

  • Mandatory twice a week onsite work.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and think critically.

  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, or tech support principles.

  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, or basic IT troubleshooting.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
