Summary:
As a Custom Application Architect, a typical day involves offering expert guidance to plan and analyze the future functional and technical capabilities of applications or groups of applications. This role includes supporting the delivery process by defining requirements and assisting in impact assessments. The position also involves reviewing and producing estimates for client requests, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and contribute to strategic planning is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and effective solution delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of application architecture to meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in planning and analyzing technical and functional requirements for complex applications.
- Ability to conduct impact assessments and contribute to accurate project estimations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Commerce Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
