About the Role
Join us as Events Management and Marketing support!Events Management
Plan, co-ordinate and implement Broking/Direct & LIG events from venue sourcing and related logistics planning.
Development of proposals and detailed plans to support the technical aspect for the events.
Planning and implementing with the events to increase positive rapports with Business Partners.
Leads formal pre-event and post-event meetings for average to large-sized assigned groups.
Proposed recommended automation solutions i.e.: Automation in LIG Wellness programs bookings
Vendor Management (LIG Activities)
Conceptualize and prepare event proposals customized to individual event and to ensure that its within budget & cost.
Ensure that all vendors quotations and event proposals are presented accurately & effectively within company’s compliance policy.
Supporting and Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing Function
Handle LIG activities such as responding to Broking/Direct & LIG business partners’ enquiries and to analyse and/or convert into data and monthly sales analytics.
To co-ordinate, implement & attend sales & operations training service where required
Handle data and system entry for quotations
Manage sales quotation activities log, sales reporting & summary
Review communication materials, deck, implementation timeline etc.
Co-ordination of weekly billing, renewal growth and BD sales summary
Assist BDMs on quotation and placement of New Business
Liaise with both internal & external parties to achieve positive results
Responsibilities
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Provide excellent admin and operational support for Broking/Direct & LIG teams.
Liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely deliverance and coordination of projects and tasks.
Review and propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process to benefit the teams.
Plan, co-ordinate, monitor and implement all events and activities independently and quick response on site to resolve any issue.
Responsible in creating digital communication materials and coordinating with external vendors in video production, i.e.: Digital Marketing (eDMs, Employees’ Enrolment email, etc.)
Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
At least Diploma holder / A Levels
Minimum 1 year experience in customer servicing or related
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel etc)
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Effective & good communication and interpersonal skills
Great team mate and flexible to support Broking and Direct team wherever required
Motivated and strong commitment to team’s success
Meticulous, efficient, and positive attitude
Able to handle dateline pressures and intense workload
Potential to convert to a permanent CRM/ BD executive role
