About the Role

You will work as a member of the supportive Prague House team, to provide a holistic approach to personal care that ensures the needs of our diverse resident group are met. Your contribution will enhance the quality of life and dignity of those receiving care, within Prague’s safe, homely and comfortable environment.

  • Systematically plan, implement and evaluate care

  • Respect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident

  • Promote positive and harmonious relationships between residents, relatives and staff through excellent interpersonal skills

The classification for this position will be Health Care Worker IN38 - IN39 ($62,540 - $65,754 per annum pro rata).


Your Contribution

As a qualified Health Care Worker, you will bring strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with staff, patients and families to the role. You will be a reliable team player, who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team.

You will also have:

  • Certificate 3 or higher in Aged Care

  • Previous experience in a residential facility would be highly desirable

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain
