Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and contribute to designing software applications that align with organizational processes. Your role includes analyzing existing workflows and proposing tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and ensure that the software design supports the intended business outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous communication with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the creation and review of technical documentation to support application design.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in coordinating and managing critical incidents to minimize business impact.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application design principles.
- Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
