Become part of our team at the ABB European Operations Center in Ostrava, where we’re building a new Power Platform team focused on developing and architecting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate). We’re looking for a specialist eager to help design and grow modern low-code solutions across the organization.

Your role will go beyond application development—you’ll also oversee the architecture of solutions that automate and streamline key processes in a global environment. We’re seeking someone ready to take ownership of the technological direction, set standards, and collaborate across teams.

We’re based in a modern open-space office in the heart of Ostrava, where we meet, share ideas, and move things forward. We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about building apps but also about thinking through architecture, standards, and smart, sustainable ways of working. Our goal is to build a compact team of up to 10 people, where everyone has the space to influence both direction and working style.
 

What You’ll Do

 

 

• Design architecture and integrations within Power Platform
• Communicate with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and propose solutions
• Develop apps in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Automate processes using Power Automate
• Work with connectors like SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, and others
• Manage data quality – extraction, transformation, consistency checks
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants, and other developers
• Optimize and maintain existing solutions

What You Should Bring

 

 

• Several years of experience with Power Platform (especially PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Background in software development or cloud/hybrid solution design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, SQL, Blob Storage)
• Ability to work with REST API, JSON, OAuth
• Bonus: experience with Copilot, Snowflake, and Power BI
• Nice to have: experience developing custom components (PCF Controls, Dataverse plugins)
• Good command of English – written and spoken
