Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective software solutions. This role requires active participation in the design and development phases, ensuring that applications align with organizational goals and processes. The position demands continuous engagement with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and contribute to the creation of tailored software that supports operational efficiency and innovation within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in designing and developing enterprise content management solutions using OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to content management systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to OpenText ECM platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
