Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and incorporating feedback into future development cycles.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing concepts.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with Databricks, such as Python or Scala.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of data analytics solutions.
- Ability to optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
