Role Overview
The Technology – Director, MedTech Surgery Germany is a business strategist and product‑minded technology leader who partners closely with the regional MedTech leadership team to shape growth strategies, modernize platforms, and deliver differentiated digital and AI capabilities for customers and patients. This leader serves as the critical point of connection between business strategy and technology execution, developing technology as a competitive advantage for the region and business.
You will lead a business‑facing technology organization in the region, orchestrating the full breadth of technology products, platforms, and services to maximize value, speed, and quality for the MedTech portfolio. You will engage deeply with senior business leaders (e.g., Regional Leadership Teams) to define priorities and deliver outcomes.
The Surgery business encompasses digital surgery/robotics platforms, OR integration, imaging and computer vision, field service digitization, supply continuity and instrument lifecycle analytics.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€106.100,00 - €182.390,00
