You will be mainly accountable for:

• Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
• Supporting business plan creation focused on driving business development for a defined market and implements Division market pricing policy.
• Driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (both technical and sales) to each salesperson.
• Analyzing local market size, trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify offering gaps, assess ABB’s position, and define product marketing priorities.

• You have 10 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in similar roles, working with drives and related technologies.

• You possess enhanced knowledge of low voltage drives and project execution related to these products. Knowledge of electric motors is desirable.

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related fields.

• You are highly skilled in working with low voltage (LV) variable frequency drives, including wall-mounted and cabinet-built drives, as well as high-power drives, for industrial applications.

• You are passionate about communication and collaboration, and you are innovative around delivering technical trainings and working aligned with strong professional values.

• You are at ease communicating in English at an advanced level.

• You are available to travel up to 70% of the time across the Panama, Central America and Caribbean region.
