A Day in the Life

Under the Training Academy’s leadership, you will support training and education initiatives in Robotic Assisted Surgery  across EMEA Region Lead Market region.
You’ll gain experience in planning, organizing, and executing training events, partnering with customers on curriculum development, and tracking outcomes.

Internship details:
•    Start date:  August
•    Work model: hybrid
•    Working hours: 40 hours per week
•    Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend
•    Location: Riyadh

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Managing proctorship from a logistics perspective 
•    Liaise with coordinator and Event team to make sure that event is secured from all aspects 
•    Be on site to support the preparation prior to any Robotic events 
•    Connect with West Europa team and be as liaison to execute on all Robotic collaborated projects 

Required Knowledge: 
•    Currently studying or recently graduated with a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Paramedic, Business, Project management, Event Management or a similar field
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
•    Fluent English
•    Customer focus
 
Would be a plus:
•    Paramedical or Medical knowledge 
•    Taken university courses in human anatomy
•    Event management support experience
