Euronext Corporate Services, is at the core of Euronext’s Growth for Impact 2024 strategy. It has delivered €46m of revenue in 2023, growing +12% vs 2022, being one of the most important growth engine of the Group.

Euronext Corporate Services already serves more than 4,500+ clients including over 1000 listed companies, private companies, advisors and public organisations. Clients are located across all Euronext markets (Belgium, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal,) but also beyond (e.g. UK, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Spain).

The team is composed of over 170 professionals across Europe. They help listed companies make the most effective use of capital markets, and support private and public organisations run more efficiently.

• Compliance services : our ComplyLog products helps companies simplify their EU regulatory duties, speed up workflows and ensure compliance by automating the management of inside information and insider lists for both issuers and their professional advisors ensuring compliance with the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product, Technology & Operations, Client Services and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.

Key accountabilities

• Support the preparation, definition and execution of the deployment strategy, creating and establishing productive, collaborative, and trustful relationships with Euronext’s stakeholders, prospects and influencers
• Contribute to the business development effort by supporting the local commercial intensity through a strong relation with the local Corporate Services team: identifying high-potential accounts, leading prospects meetings with prepared advisory pitches, raising the local ecosystem’s awareness for our advisory services (producing sectorial presentations, participating/leading dedicated events, interacting with the local ecosystem, etc…) and reporting activities in a CRM
• Deliver advisory support and analytics for clients accordingly with quality and commitment standards of the Advisory & IR Solutions team
• Monitor clients’ investors relations activity (share capital evolution, investors’ CRM management, road books …) and producing clients periodic market updates and listing reports
• Produce and present Shareholder Analysis Reports based on client feedback/market trends and help build client relationships/develop reference accounts
• Analyse local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and completing shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all market sizes and sectors
• Understand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour• Explain client movements in shareholder base vs. market/sector/peers
• Be responsible for client engagement and loyalty, creating and establishing productive, collaborative and trustful relationships in high quality standards of missions’ delivery
• Participate in the evolution of the services’ content by identifying clients’ needs and fostering cross-selling of Advisory & IR Solutions, serving Shareholder Analysis clients, demoing IR.Manager and of other Corporate Services solutions
