Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Contingent Recruitment Coordinator to work with our Recruiter and departmental teams to attract and hire new employees for our company.

A successful recruitment coordinator should be well-versed in the recruitment process. The Recruiting Coordinator should be organized and have excellent communication and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use multi-channel approach to recruit
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with onboarding
  • Providing administrative support to the Recruiter
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR resources and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and time-management skills

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires sitting for extended periods
