Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Shared Service Center and Call Center team to ensure regular process support for business teams including monitoring process status, resolving process issues and handling escalated tickets.
  • Build trusted partnership with Business Units, translate process pain points and needs into operational solutions and independently work with cross-functional teams to drive effective implementation.
  • Provide analysis on process data and generate regular reports as well as tailor-made ones.
  • Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Policy/Process training and new joiner orientation for business teams.
  • Ad hoc support on projects and assignments.

Qualification Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 3-5 years of business support experience in multi-national company.
  • A great team player with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in leading projects is preferred.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving capability.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Strong self-awareness, adaptability and aspiration
