As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve documenting the implementation of the cloud security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations.

- Lead the development and implementation of the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals.
- Define and document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of the cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in infrastructure security vulnerability management operations and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
"Responsibilities
* Hands on experience on IT Vulnerability Management tools such as Qualys, Crowdstrike, Tenable etc
• Design and improve upon vulnerability management processes and workflows.
• Spearhead improvements to company-wide patching and configuration management practices.
• Partner with BUs to assess and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Balance concurrent projects with ongoing operational responsibilities.
• Contribute to other aspects of the security program such as systems hardening, risk management, and compliance.
• Stay informed on recent security trends and vulnerabilities, and proactively apply this knowledge to reduce risk.
• Take a metrics-driven approach to remediation and problem-solving.
Technical Experience
4+ years of prior security experience, including hands-on experience in vulnerability management.
Experience with Tenable vulnerability scanning including configuration and architecture.
Willingness to challenge the status quo.
Demonstrated track record of leading or coordinating vulnerability management program in major corporations.
Solid understanding of major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) as well as configuration management for these systems at scale.
Ability to understand, interpret, and apply common security standards and frameworks such as NIST 800-53, CIS, PCI DSS, and ISO 27000 Series.
Understanding of Cloud services and CSPM best practices for AWS/Azure"
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in infrastructure security vulnerability management operations.
- Must To Have Skills: Experience in cloud security architecture and controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and technologies.
- Experience with security tools such as Nessus, Qualys, and Burp Suite.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure security vulnerability management operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.
