As a Senior Product Manager for Infobip’s mobile messaging and live chat platform, you’ll define what great mobile and web communication looks like, while bridging the needs of customers, engineering, and our developer ecosystem. You will lead the charge for smarter, faster, more reliable mobile experiences. 

 

What will you do at Infobip? 

  • Discover customer needs in the fields of mobile messaging, app push notifications, and live chat, aligning them with Infobip’s Conversational Experience vision.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for mobile push, in-app messaging, and cross-channel live chat (web/mobile).
  • Partner closely with UX, engineering and SDK teams to deliver robust, intuitive developer integrations for both iOS, Android, and Web environments. 
  • Ensure seamless cross-device experiences by managing mobile-to-web engagement flows and responsive live chat solutions. 
  • Own the customer and developer journey from SDK onboarding to ongoing platform adoption. 
  • Drive product readiness and coordinate go-to-market with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. 
  • Scale product adoption globally by leveraging Infobip’s infrastructure and platform integrations.
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for mobile messaging technologies and trends.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to strengthening Infobip’s SaaS product craft. 

 

What makes you a strong fit?

  • Demonstrated product management experience with mobile messaging platforms (push, in-app notifications) and/or live chat solutions (web and mobile).
  • Practical expertise integrating and shipping mobile SDKs (iOS, Android).
  • Solid understanding of mobile application development frameworks and release cycles, platform-specific guidelines (App Store/Play Store), and device nuances.
  • Understanding of  Conversational AI, NLP, and agentic AI use cases within enterprise support contexts.
  • Solid knowledge of go-to-market and SaaS monetization strategies  
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS). 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and leadership. 
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. 
  • Team-oriented, curious mindset with ability to work independently.
