What impact you'll make?

The Sr Services Manager - Materials Management serves as the primary operational leader for the segment, to deliver an integrated, wing-to-wing demand signal. You will own the execution of the 6–36 month planning horizon, bridging the gap between strategic financial targets and tactical part-number level execution. This role requires a strong skill to navigate a complex, matrixed organization to drive forecast accuracy, service delivery, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Demand Signal Ownership: Lead the creation and maintenance of the segment’s demand signal. Ensure accurate lead-time management and demand placement from tactical (part-number level) to strategic horizons.
  • Demand Scheduling (MSQ): Oversee the scheduling logic and execution to ensure alignment with production capacity and customer requirements.
  • S&OP Execution: Lead and improve the Demand Management Review (DMR) process for the segment. Partner with the Materials Management Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team to improve the SIOP process for the BOT segment, ensuring capacity is balanced against financial targets.
  • Dedicated Inventory Partnership: Partner directly with the Services Order Management team to drive Dedicated Inventory improvements, supporting service level agreements and customer fulfillment.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage advanced forecasting platforms to establish standard work and drive process maturity. Execute Lean/Kaizen methodologies to reduce demand variations and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional ITRs, Finance, Product Management, and Value Stream teams. Coordinate hand-offs to ensure a unified, "wing-to-wing" information flow.
  • Performance Management: Establish Daily Management (QDIP) to monitor KPIs and adhere the standards. Proactively identify capability gaps and execute initiatives to stabilize schedules and improve fulfillment.
  • Standardization: Improve Part family classification accuracy with partnership from Purchasing, Sourcing & Engineering  and Drive actions with NCP COE to develop Standard bill of materials ( BOM) and Planning BOMs for Dependable Demand forecasting 
  • Short Cycle reduction & NBD stability : Partner with ITR teams and NCP COE teams to improve On time demand placement &  Reduce Need date churns
  • Cancelation reduction : Partner with ITR teams and NCP COE teams to reduce the Demand cancelation and Advance release accuracy processes
  • Demand Planning for Rough Cut Capacity (RCCP) initiative: Develop accurate Demand forecasting to enable RCCP with External suppliers 

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (this is a must for Hungary) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Major success in a leadership capacity within Materials Management, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in enterprise-grade ERP systems and advanced forecasting/data visualization tools.
  • Language: Fluent English knowledge is essential
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level briefings.

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex planning models.
  • Experience applying Lean principles (Pull, Kanban, Heijunka) to improve material flow.
  • A "Fastworks" mindset with the ability to make high-impact decisions despite ambiguous information.
  • Expertise in managing complex product configurations, NPIs, and supply-chain transitions.
  • CPM certification/ product engineering background is a plus

Additional Notes:

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
  • This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
  • For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,600.00 and $174,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

    Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
