Your day-to-day

· Work with Primary Customer to: Optimize DLP policies to minimize false positives while maintaining strong security, fine-tune detection rules to adapt to changing data flows and business, and coordinate and test proposed changes prior to assist with the implementation of the changes

· Assisting with the creation and modification of dictionaries: assist with the design and implementation of detection parameters for monitoring specific data assets and data loss scenarios, assist in refining dictionaries to enhance the precision of DLP policies, guide the alignment of smart ID and dictionary configurations with business needs while ensuring they capture relevant data movement and anomalies.

· Creating and modifying fingerprinting technology such as index document matching (IDM) and exact data matching (EDM)

· Facilitate the creation and modification of smart IDs

· Assist with creating and modifying regular expressions

· Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on policy structuring and incident response workflows; Ensure integration with relevant Customer platforms; Oversee tuning efforts to minimize false positives

· Compliance and Governance Alignment: Align DLP policies with regulatory frameworks; Document DLP policies and process for audit purposes

· Work with the broader Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations.

· Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high.

· Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.

What you bring to the team

· Minimum of 5 years consulting experience (Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security or Cloud Security focus preferred)

· Preferred experience with Linux infrastructure

· Preferred background with Proofpoint, Microsoft or Symantec DLP

· Must be able to clearly write and explain concepts in documentation and deliverables

· Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills

· Experience defining, implementing, and maintaining consulting best practices

· Dedication to client service with a confident, comfortable in-person and virtual presence

· Demonstrated organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail

· Self-motivated with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneousl

Base Pay Range: 119,630.00 - 187,990.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 99,330.00 - 156,090.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 89,390.00 - 140,470.00 USD
