Are you ready to make a meaningful impact and support a dynamic team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Experience & Real Estate (RECX) team as Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator (Assistant role) . If you’re passionate about customer service, administrative tasks, real estate, and driving operational excellence, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enhance Team Efficiency: Provide critical operational and communication support to allow the RECX team to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with the RECX team to identify additional revenue streams by aligning Prologis value-added products and services (like Prologis Essentials) with customer needs.
  • Manage Customer Support: Respond to customer support requests with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring all issues are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Insight Management: Maintain and analyze customer financial and payment information, offering actionable insights to the RECX team to drive business decisions.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee vendor contracts and payments, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Proposal & Lease Generation: Draft proposals and leases for renewals and new opportunities, contributing directly to the company’s growth.
  • Coordinate Key Activities: Lead coordination efforts for move-ins, move-outs, property showings, and vendor bidding processes.
  • Administrative Excellence: Take on additional administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless support to the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Education: A minimum of 3 years’ experience administrative roles, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow specific oral and written instructions with precision.
  • Urgency & Follow-Through: Execute tasks with a sense of urgency and dedication, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with operations, accounting, and other teams to successfully complete projects and assignments.
  • Customer Service Savvy: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effective communication via email with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computer software and web-based applications, with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks daily, managing them with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Positive & Proactive: A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work, combined with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment.
