As an Administrative Program Coordinator, your work directly supports the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives. Serving as a liaison across various departments, you will identify opportunities to facilitate an efficient workplace, manage travel policies, assist with RightFax digital faxing projects, support Research/Grant Biosketch pages and more. A caregiver in this position works days from 7:30AM - 4:30PM or 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives. 
  • Update, monitor and manage databases. 
  • Develop scorecards/milestones to track progress and analyze project improvement and progress. 
  • Report discrepancies and variances. 
  • Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation. 
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. 
  • Attend meetings and records key outcomes. 
  • Support all office administrative functions. 
  • Develop and maintain updates. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Associate’s Degree and two years of administrative experience OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field 
  • Specific licensure based on department 
  • Healthcare or related organization experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds
