Accounting Clerk (Part-Time)

Your Challenge:

As part of our Accounting Team, the ideal person will participate, and grow in various accounting and finance functions. 

• Position will be part-time, averaging 20-25 hours per week

• Assist with various administrative tasks.

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

• Assist with entering costs or other transactions into the Company Accounting system.

• Ad Hoc requests as they relate to the various Accounting and Finance functions of the Company.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience preferred

• Required - High School Diploma.

• Preferred - Business, finance or accounting classes in high school or post high school.

• Proficient Computer Skills - Responsible for keying information and understanding various software programs utilized, in addition to Microsoft Office.

• Solid communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing.

• Attention to detail.

• Well organized.
