Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the technology landscape and ensuring that the solutions are robust and future-proof. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the architecture and development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices. - Experience with system integration and API management. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
