A Day in the Life

As a Sales Representative in our Surgical Innovations business, you’ll drive growth and adoption of advanced surgical devices that improve patient outcomes. This is your chance to represent innovative technologies and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals. In this field-based role, you’ll report to the Sales Manager and work with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders. The position involves regional travel and requires strong relationship-building and solution-oriented sales skills.
This position covers the region of Lesser Poland and Subcarpathia, including Kraków and Rzeszów.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promote and sell Medtronic’s Surgical Innovation portfolio within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and education
• Share customer insights with Marketing and R&D teams.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Master’s degree and experience in sales, clinical support, or MedTech
• Proven record of achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex accounts independently
• Fluent in English.

It would be beneficial for the candidate to have experience with surgical devices.
