What this job involves:
As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL's Hyderabad Campus, you will be responsible for curating and executing a world-class guest & employee experience at the front office, meetings, lounge and conference facilities while providing strategic leadership and oversight for all facilities management operations including guest services activities, F&B, meeting room setups, and employee recreational facilities management. This senior leadership role combines strategic facilities management with operational excellence, requiring you to develop and implement comprehensive facilities strategies that curate world-class visitor, guest and employee experiences including welcome services, check-in processes, guest support, and host coordination while overseeing end-to-end conference & meeting arrangements for business units and ensuring seamless guest request fulfillment including in-room dining services. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional workplace experiences by establishing service standards for special guest accommodations, directing communication protocols between guests and staff with systematic customer concern resolution, overseeing campus services delivery including dining options and wellbeing programs, and managing cross-functional teams including housekeepers and wait staff to provide comprehensive guest experiences.
