Radiology Moonlighter – Salem Hospital (Mass General Brigham Affiliate)
Location: Salem, MA
Job Type: Moonlighting / Per Diem

Overview:
Salem Hospital, a member of the Mass General Brigham system and one of the region’s top community hospitals, is seeking Radiology Moonlighters to support our high-quality, patient-centered imaging services. This is an excellent opportunity for residents, fellows, or board-certified radiologists looking to gain additional experience and supplement income in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies (e.g., X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI)

  • Provide timely and accurate preliminary or final reads, depending on training and credentialing

  • Communicate critical findings effectively with referring providers

  • Work closely with technologists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Participate in evening, overnight, or weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling options available

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with completion of at least PGY-3 in an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Radiology

  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical license and hospital credentialing

  • Strong communication and decision-making skills

  • Commitment to quality and safety in patient care
