(FRA) Experienced Credit Management Accountant

Euromaster is hiring!

Missions : 
- Dunning & Payment Analysis: Analyzing account balances and issuing dunning letters to anticipate bad debt and highlight overdue invoices.

- Account Holds & Releases: Managing account statuses by applying blocks or releasing holds based on payment performance and risk level.

- Credit Limits: Reviewing, adjusting, and updating customer credit limits in accordance with company policy.

- Inbound Support & Guidance: Handling incoming calls and emails from Centers, Sales teams, and customers regarding credit issues, and explaining payment conditions required to unblock accounts.

- Dispute & Litigation Management: Identifying reasons for payment issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve blockers, and creating, escalating, and tracking litigation files for unresolved cases.

- Refunds : Processing customer refund requests.

Key Expected Achievements

• Language & Communication Proficiency: Fluent French to handle high-volume email workflows and answer incoming phone calls from customers and internal teams professionally.
• High Email Responsiveness: Efficient, accurate, and timely email management to ensure fast resolution of all incoming inquiries and requests from Centers, Sales, and clients.
• Reduced Overdue Exposure: Effective monitoring of dunning schedules to minimize high-risk aged balances and prevent overdue accumulation.
• Accurate Account Control: Strict, timely execution of full customer account blocks and releases to protect cash flow while maintaining service continuity.
• Timely Litigation Management: Timely creation, thorough tracking, and seamless handoff of litigation files to external collection partners and legal entities
