About the Role
Applications for the 12 months role of Unaccredited Urology Registrar(s) are now open.
The responsibilities of the Unaccredited Urology Registrar include; leadership of resident teams, participating in ward, outpatient and surgical activities, providing close support to surgeons on elective and on-call service and diagnostic services, teaching, and research and quality improvement activities.
The Urology Unaccredited Registrar, with the support and supervision of the senior consultant staff, will be responsible for ensuring the clinically safe and efficient running of the day to day activities of the unit. The applicant will also need to perform on call duties as directed by the Unit.
Hours: 1 EFT (43hrs inclusive 5hr Training)
Classification Range: HM25 – HM30 ($129,048.40 - $177,622.12) pro rata for part-time.
Duration of appointment: 01.02.2027 – 06.02.2028

It is at the forefront of surgical innovation, with a strong focus on robotic surgery and complex renal stone management.
