As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to drive growth and expand our client base through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leveraging market insights to enhance our service offerings. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping our company's growth trajectory and achieving our business objectives.

 

What You Will Do

  • Develop pipeline, sales forecasting, and strategy execution to drive the company’s ambitious growth in in-app advertising solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales approaches that maximize conversion, penetration, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring sustained business success.
  • Identify and capitalize on industry trends and emerging opportunities, aligning them with company strategies and solutions to drive growth. Assess risks, potential returns, and partners' business needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, streamline execution, and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales member, while establishing a structured sales training program for new members.
  • This role demands a proactive, sales-driven approach with a deep understanding of digital advertising, in-app ecosystems, and sales leadership to scale revenue and market influence.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years in adtech sales, specializing in mobile advertising or demand side platforms/products (DSP) or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the Vietnam market media landscape.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong grasp of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor insights to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast sales, manage pipelines, and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Well-established connections in the Media agency and advertising ecosystem in Vietnam.
