As a Destination Services & Corporate Housing Specialist, you will act as a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic oversight and advisory support across mobility programs. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant, and consistent delivery of destination services and housing solutions, while managing vendor performance, resolving complex escalations, and supporting continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong judgment, stakeholder management, and deep domain expertise to drive service excellence, manage risk, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the regional SME for Destination Services and Corporate Housing programs
  • Oversee and manage vendor performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery quality
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact cases
  • Provide advisory support to mobility leaders, operations teams, and stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent application of global mobility policies, processes, and standards
  • Monitor and assess risk, compliance, and data integrity, including privacy and duty of care considerations
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including interpretation and performance remediation
  • Lead and support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing vendor governance activities
  • Drive insights and reporting on cost, service quality, and operational performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and optimize program value
  • Contribute to mobility transformation initiatives, including new tools, processes, and service models
  • Support implementation, rollout, and adoption of new solutions and capabilities
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Service Delivery teams on vendor and housing-related matters
  • Coach and support regional teams as a trusted expert

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Destination Services and Corporate Housing within global mobility programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including operating effectively without direct authority
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, including contract interpretation, SLA/KPI governance, and performance management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage complex and ambiguous scenarios
  • Experience handling escalations and risk assessment in high-impact situations
  • Solid understanding of relocation services, housing, and lease management across multiple geographies
  • Ability to ensure compliance, controls, and data integrity
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to simplify complex topics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in process improvement, change management, or transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to work effectively in large, global, and matrixed organizations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in global mobility, destination services, or related areas
  • Strong experience in vendor management, stakeholder management, and operations
  • Experience in immigration, compliance, governance, risk, and mobility processes is preferred
  • Experience working in cross-border or global roles
  • University degree required
