We offer you an interesting position in which you will support the growth of the Medtronic product portfolio for spinal and cranial procedures (spinal implants, biologics, drilling and milling systems, navigation systems, imaging systems, robotic systems).
Most field service positions include a company car, which can also be used for private purposes. Modern work equipment and the option to do office work from home are also part of the package. Yearly targeted salary starting from € 60.000,00 with the willingness to market-based overpayment depending on professional qualification and experience.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Responsible for developing the Core Spine & Biologics market segment for MDT.
- Marketing products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Key responsibilities: Core Spine Products & Biologics.
- Supporting market development for customers and the company, including close collaboration with existing team members.
- Focus on managing existing and growing customers, as well as acquiring new customers.
- Conduct meetings, workshops, conferences, VIP visits, cadaver lab courses, etc.
- Delivering sales presentations, including our Medtronic AiBLE concept.
- Collaborating with the entire existing Cranial & Spinal team and all functions to drive cross-selling with other Medtronic business units.
- Developing and implementing creative, results-oriented marketing concepts for a diverse customer base.
- Analyse customer needs and conduct sales meetings with sales representatives, key account managers, and the business manager to identify those needs.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the requirements of the Austrian market and Medtronic's marketing department.
- Create reports for competitive and customer analysis, leverage existing data, and enhance and optimize CRM data to identify potential business opportunities.
- Needs to be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methods, as well as common computer programs.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in medical technology sales.
- In-depth technical product and therapy knowledge in the defined therapy area.
- Strong ability to build strategically viable relationships with KOLs and stakeholders, surgeons, users, and nursing staff in hospitals, as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Structured approach to work, including basic business management skills, such as developing account analyses and defining and implementing sales strategies.
