The UNH School of Nursing seeks a temporary Clinical Compliance Assistant.

This short-term position supports the UNH School of Nursing by ensuring student clinical documentation submitted to the School of Nursing's data management website meets all program, agency, and regulatory requirements. This role helps maintain accurate records, monitors compliance status, and communicates with students and faculty to resolve deficiencies in a timely manner.

This position is aprox 10 hours a week between May and Mid-July.

Duties/Responsibilities

Clinic Documentation Compliance Review (80%)

  • Review and verify student clinical documentation for completeness and compliance (e.g., immunizations, certifications, background checks, and required trainings)

  • Track and maintain accurate records of student compliance status using designated systems

  • Notify students of missing or expired documentation and provide guidance on requirements and deadlines

  • Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure alignment with agency-specific compliance standards

  • Assist with audits and reporting related to student clinical compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with university and legal guidelines


General Office Support (20%)

  • Perform general office functions at direction of Executive Administrative Coordinator or other SON members to support operations of the school of nursing.

Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of student records in accordance with university and legal guidelines

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow up proactively

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with data tracking systems and Microsoft Office preferred

  • Familiarity with healthcare or academic compliance requirements is a plus

Compensation Pay Range:

$20/hour
