What Will You Do?

This is a short-term, 4-week contract (temporary) assignment with no expectation of extension or conversion. Candidates must be available for the full duration.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role provides high-level administrative and operational support to a fast-paced global Sales organization during a critical business period. The individual will handle details of a highly confidential and time-sensitive nature and must be able to quickly ramp, operate with minimal direction, and deliver immediate impact within a limited timeframe.

The successful individual will bring a positive, can-do attitude, strong sense of urgency, and flexibility, while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy with all levels of internal management, employees, vendors, partners, and external contacts.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel for SVP of Sales and Sales leadership team, ensuring seamless execution within a fast-moving environment
  • Coordinate logistics (e.g., meeting room preparation, presentations, catering, travel accommodations) with quick turnaround times
  • Assist with preparation of professional presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Manage, reconcile, and complete expense reports; process invoices and procurement requisitions efficiently
  • Support weekly/monthly sales cadence (forecast calls, pipeline reviews, deal reviews)
  • Track key deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups from leadership meetings
  • Serve as a go-to resource for team processes and procedures, providing proactive, hands-on support
  • Partner closely with Executive Assistant counterparts and stakeholders across the organization
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and customer information
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively remove roadblocks in a high-pressure, time-bound setting
  • Support ad hoc projects tied to revenue initiatives and strategic priorities

Requirements:

  • Must be available to commit to a full-time, 4-week contract assignment
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders (preferably in Sales or fast-paced environments)
  • Proven ability to quickly ramp and add value in short-term or contract roles
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities with sound judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range:

P40-USA-1 :$85,000.00 - $121,400.00
