Description -
Position Overview:
As a member of the Executive Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality internal communications, including organization-wide emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, and talk tracks for various executive stakeholders. You will work closely with three executives and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with company goals and is delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage internal communications, including executive emails, newsletters, and organizational announcements.
Design and build dynamic PowerPoint presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with executives to develop talk tracks and key messaging for internal and external events.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to create visually compelling communication materials.
Maintain strong project management practices, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across the company.
Assist in organizing and managing communications initiatives, including All-Employee Meetings and regular executive communications.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in internal communications, such as written communications, newsletters, and presentations.
Proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations with high visual impact.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Print Journalism, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in a communications role.
Experience in corporate communications within a fast-paced or evolving environment an asset.
Ideal candidate thrives under pressure and enjoys managing several projects at once.
