Position Summary...

What you'll do...

MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUMMER 2024 WALMART OR SAM'S CLUB INTERNSHIP TO BE ELIGIBLE 

Able to Provide recommendations to business stakeholders to solve complex business issues (i.e. How the business operates, suggest what skills areneeded, how does the business generate revenue), develop business cases for projects with a projected return on investment or cost savings,demonstrate deep functional knowledge of the business unit/organization being supported, translate business requirements into projects, activities,and tasks and aligns to overall business strategy, serve as an interpreter and conduit to connect business needs with tangible solutions and results,recommend new processes and ways of working.
Able to collaborate with cross functional teams, create alignment among team members, businesses and project stakeholders, leverage the networkto accomplish tasks and milestones, analyze stakeholder needs and partner with them to share relevant information, foster a climate of trust andrespect; respond effectively and efficiently to requests, take a "one team" approach to collaborate and accomplish goals for the business.
Ability to respond quickly to new opportunities and learn new technologies, changes in the business and behaviors, willingly consider new ideas,procedures or processes to address a situation, adapt to other's styles and/or work habits, depict a positive outlook towards doing things differently,help develop implementation plans for introducing innovations to the group, find new or non-traditional ideas to improve effectiveness in own area ofresponsibility, seek and provide constructive feedback, anticipate needs/questions, respond appropriately.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
