About this role:
We are seeking an On-site Operations Support Manager – a builder who will play a key role in forming a new team at individual Distribution Centers and establishing consistent standards across multiple FORTNA departments.
This role is focused on building the team from the ground up, including mentoring, hiring, process setup, and structured training. The manager will be responsible for creating and standardizing practices related to CMMS management, spare parts, and maintenance planning, while ensuring full compliance with safety requirements.
The successful candidate is expected to provide strategic recommendations and build a scalable, long-term on-site operations support model across the organization.
