The HR Operations Support Analyst 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services for the Performance Management processes, including but not limited to: record maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, maintaining employee records in coordination with Human Resources, reporting, and data analytics.  The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes for Performance Management related activities in Workday and the Accountability Framework Tool.

In this role, you are expected to:

  • Execute tasks to directly support PM processes as outlined in the Job Description Summary.

  • Collaborate with HR partners, the Talent & Performance Management community, Technology, and other stakeholders to support Citi’s PM processes, strategy and roadmap.

  • Perform business analysis and documentation of the current and future state of Client Reports and Advices (client communication letters, notices, and confirms).

  • Partner closely with stakeholders at various level of the organization to define and prioritize business/ functional requirements for T&PM technology systems and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Support the PM team in advising stakeholders on options, risks, costs, prioritizations, and delivery timelines

  • Work with  HR and Technology partners in the documentation of requirements, review of technical design, execution of user acceptance testing and rollout/communications.

  • Review and approve User Acceptance Test scripts and test results.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Knowledge/Familiarity/Experience in Citi's Performance Management process is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitors

  • Proven organization and time management skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
