WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will report to the Senior Director of Nike Japan's Sales Department and supports the Wholesale business. The Sales Representative will manage Sportswear Specialty accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver the right product mix and accelerate growth across Nike’s wholesale channels.

We’re looking for someone with:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales management within the sports or fashion industry, including retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
A strong interest in sport, youth culture, and street fashion.
Proven success implementing sales programs, policies, and methodologies, with the ability to apply financial models and translate insights into actionable business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.
Confidence in preparing and delivering clear, persuasive presentations.
Strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel domestically once per quarter to visit retail partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to clearly articulate goals and influence across teams and levels.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Sales Representative, you’ll co-create and execute account sales plans to grow Nike’s presence in sport, youth culture, and street fashion.
Own future order management for assigned accounts during quarterly Sell-In Sessions.
Communicate Nike’s seasonal initiatives and deliver compelling stories, strategies, and assortments to maximize sell-through.
Lead and coordinate seasonal business plans to elevate retail presentation and drive performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, apply, and track sales strategies and product launches that meet monthly and seasonal targets.
Drive accurate scenario planning, forecasting, and business analysis to uncover new sales opportunities.
Champion Retail Elevation across markets and scale best-in-class practices across the team.
Partner with accounts to evolve their strategy, elevate the marketplace, and serve the needs of Japanese consumers.
