Position Summary
The IT Lead – Legal Operations Technology is responsible for enabling the technology strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of systems that enable the Global Legal & Compliance (GLC) function.
This role operates within IT and partners closely with Legal Operations to ensure that legal technologies, platforms, and data capabilities are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture and standards.
The role focuses on technology enablement, including roadmap development, system optimization, vendor engagement, digital transformation initiatives, and delivery of high-quality IT services supporting legal processes. It does not own business operations, but instead provides technical leadership and execution in support of Legal’s priorities.

Local residents (or those willing to relocate), with the ability to work onsite in Troy, MI
