About the Role

Responsible for providing services to medical service providers related to network operations area.Duties:
Hotline services handling
Medical vouchers data entry (out-patient claims), basic pre-approval task, preparation of billing related documents including adjustment
Enquiry and servicing issue handling including investigation and response by email
Filing and administration work
Participate on ad hoc projects or as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
Minimum Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
Cheerful, detail-oriented and a team player
Hands on PC knowledge with good numeric sense, responsible at work
Friendly and helpful telephone manner with excellent communication skills, self-initiative
Shift duties required including non-offices hours, weekend and public holidays (last shift to 8pm)
Experience in customer service is an advantage
