What part will you play?

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to oversee the daily operations of our renewable energy manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainability and innovation. This role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently, safely, and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.

What will you do?

• Supervise Production Operations: Manage and oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

• Safety Management: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

• Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize production.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as productivity, quality, and safety.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure coordinated efforts towards common goals.

What do we require from you?

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production lead or equivalent role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Safety-Oriented: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
