CACI is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Program Management Office Liaison to support our Air Force customer. This position will be a part of our Enterprise Product Support (EPS) team for AF DCGS. In this role you will support the IT Service Management Office as part of the stakeholder engagement and quality management commitment to the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Works independently and serves as the Program Management Office representative to personnel located at customer sites and assists in coordinating site requirements, mission policies and procedures, day-to-day activities, and enterprise integration challenges while also supporting those sites without LNO representation
  • Coordinates site surveys, install team visits, developmental/operational and site acceptance test events
  • Assists the site in the creation of Baseline Change Requests
  • Assists the site in the documentation and submission of discrepancy/deficiency reports and other documentation as required
  • Work closely with the PMO Regional Configuration Management team supporting various CM efforts
  • Will support continuous engagement with Operational Enterprise Service Management Team and ESD Operations Manager to plan, update, and facilitate communications to site leadership

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelors Degree or 6 years of relevant AF-DCGS experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a stakeholder engagement role
  • Experience with quality data collection techniques

Additional desired qualifications:

  • Specific knowledge of AF DCGS life cycle
  • ITIL v4 certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
