NVIDIA's Large Language Model program (LLMs) represent a major advancement in AI, with the promise of transforming domains through learned knowledge. LLM is revolutionizing the world. We are looking for a passionate TPM to be part of this journey. The team contributes to all steps of the machine learning lifecycle: from concept to model training, engineering for optimized inference, and deployment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Integral member of Large Language Model deployment and productization workflow

  • Partner with research and engineering team to build software solutions for NV SDK solutions

  • Partner with engineering and product management to deliver and execute roadmap

  • Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning, stand-ups and sprint review and retrospective meetings

  • Work with engineering and product team on backlog grooming

  • Use Jira dashboard to help with various reporting and confluence to provide program updates to the core and leadership team

  • Work closely with the engineering team on various KPIs to improve overall execution process and deliverables

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of program management experience in a similar or related role

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Agile project management methodologies

  • Experience with Jira to the point that you can comfortably guide an engineering team on how to use these tools and implement in an agile/scrum manner

  • Ability to think long-term and build consensus to make programs successful

  • Experience in leading technical products from inception to large scale user adoption

  • Consistent track record of collaboration across teams, customers, and partners

  • Experience in leading technical products from inception to large scale user adoption

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles

  • Prior Program Management experience with Conversational AI or Large Language Models

  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI principle

  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools and processes and passion for delivering software, libraries and SDKs

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or MBA is a plus

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
